Procedure for Enrolment
For New Students and Transferees:
- Visit the Universidad de Sta. Isabel website at www.usi.edu.ph , click on the Student Online Portal and accomplish the pre-enrolment form (you may also upload scanned copy of required documents.)
- Pay a minimum amount of P1000, (you can pay more) through the following:
- Bank transfer:
Payments could be done through bank transfers using the following accounts:
The Acct. Name: Universidad de Sta. Isabel de Naga, Inc.
- Cash Deposits to the same account name and account numbers stated above
- Payments over the USI Accounting Office counters
- Send the screenshot or scanned copy of the payment receipt to cashier@usi.edu.ph or go back to the saved copy of pre-enrolment form and upload your payment receipt.
- Wait for an SMS message for your Username and Password.
- Log on to www.usi.edu.ph and go to the Student Portal, to accomplish the Enrolment Form .
- Wait for the Principal's / Dean's approval via SMS.
- Present SMS message of approval/downloaded schedule of classes during the first day of classes or when you transact with any of the relevant offices in the university in the absence of a student ID.
Note: Night High School applicants, Elementary and JHS Transferees are advised to proceed to the Principal's Office. No transferee is accepted in NHS.
For Old Students:
- Visit the Universidad de Sta. Isabel website at www.usi.edu.ph and click the Student Online Portal button.
- Log-in your account (username & password).
- Click Online Enrollment button on the upper-right side.
- Select your subjects by clicking the mini-box on the left side of the subject.
- Scroll downwards and click View Matriculation button.
- Click Save and Send to Dean's Office button for approval.
- Click Log-out/Exit button.
- Wait for the Principal's / Dean's approval via SMS.
- Present SMS message of approval/downloaded schedule of classes during the first day of classes or when you transact with any of the relevant offices in the university in the absence of a student ID.

For Onsite Enrolment:
- Proceed to Rm. SEH112.
- Use an available onsite computer terminal and Visit the Universidad de Sta. Isabel website at www.usi.edu.ph , click on the Student Online Portal and accomplish the pre-enrolment form. (you may also upload scanned copy of required documents. Or submit required documents to the Admissions Office)
- Pay a minimum amount of P1000, (you can pay more) through the USI Accounting Office cashier counters.
- Get your Username and Password from the Cashier. (You will also receive an SMS message for the same Username and Password).
- Go back to Rm. SEH112, use an available computer terminal, Log on to www.usi.edu.ph and go to the Student Portal to accomplish the Enrolment Form.
- Wait for the Principal's / Dean's approval via SMS.
- Present SMS message of approval/downloaded schedule of classes during the first day of classes or when you transact with any of the relevant offices in the university in the absence of a student ID.
